I spent the last decade as an EMT in and around Atlanta, and being a Massage Therapist is just another step in helping people move from injury to wellness.
I graduated valedictorian in my class at Gwinnett College in 2013. I am a licensed Massage Therapist in GA and active member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I have worked with Physicians, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and Fitness Trainers to create massage plans to fit any need.
I specialize in Therapeutic Massage. I have experience in massage to help relieve pain, to increase range of motion, and for increasing internal homeostasis, which I combine to design a treatment plan specific to the needs of the individual client.
With knowledge of traditional Swedish, Shiatsu, and Thai massage, I have many tools to help you recover. Another group of techniques I use, Muscle Energy Techniques and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, are stretching techniques used by many professional sports teams and athletic trainers.
