Craniosacral Therapy:

Gently relieves physical, mental and emotional tension by unblocking restrictions in the flow of cerebrospinal fluid.

Deep Tissue:

 Firmer pressure than Swedish, affects the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, for the purpose of pain relief and deeper relaxation.

Hellerwork Structural Integration:

Utilizes deep connective tissue bodywork, movement re-education, and an exploration of attitudes/beliefs to improve posture, pain relief, and ease of movement.

Neuromuscular/(NMT)/Trigger Point Therapy:

Consists of firm, direct pressure on muscle attachments and trigger points in order to reduce pain.  Excellent for athletes and repetitive motion injuries.  Increases range of motion.

Pregnancy Massage:

Attends to the specific needs of the expectant mother to relieve hip, neck, and back pain.  Alleviates stress on weight-bearing joints.


  Typically done on a floor mat, shiatsu combines soothing compressions and stretches along energy lines to open up the body. 

Swedish (stress reduction):

Consists primarily of gliding and kneading strokes which help induce relaxation, increase circulation and reduce stress.
