I am a Georgia Licensed Massage Therapist (#MT000375) and have been in practice since 1998. After graduating from the Atlanta School of Massage, I returned as an instructor for 6 years. I continue to learn new holistic healing techniques, and enjoy passing on helpful healing information to my clients. I will work with you to design a session or group of sessions to address whatever pain or stress issues you may be having. Along with the massage, I can recommend stretches, exercises and help you bring awareness to your tension areas.
Many of my clients are people who have muscular pain issues, whether from repetitive use in the workplace, or from overuse in sports , workouts or at home. I especially enjoy helping people move out of pain. We will design a session using an appropriate combination of some or all of the following therapies:
Swedish, Craniosacral, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Sports massage, Myofascial release, mind-body relationships
If you are interested, we can explore mind/body connections to muscular issues you may be having. I can also offer you suggestions for stretching, exercises, and workplace ergonomics.

Chris is a member of ABMP ( Associated Bodywork & Massage Profesionals). Outside of human massage therapy, she is a horse enthusiast, rider, Certified Equine Sport Massage Therapist, and is certified in EAGALA ( equine assisted growth and learning) as an Equine Specialist. She has served for 10 years as Board President for Stride Ahead, Inc, which provides equine therapies in Dekalb county, GA. She is also an advocate for US wild horses and burros.
